Oded E’dan is the founder of NOW Plastics, established in 1978. As Chairman and President, he focuses on strategic planning and business development.  Mr. E’dan holds a Master’s degree in Communications from UCLA and an MBA from Northrop University.

Lawrence Silverstein joined NOW Plastics in 1997 as Executive Vice President and CFO.  Since 2000, he has been a shareholder, and for over a decade, he has served as CEO, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.  A licensed CPA, Mr. Silverstein earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Paul Miller has been with NOW Plastics for over 31 years and has extensive expertise in the packaging field, where he has worked since 1980. His experience spans paper, film, foil and resin, bringing comprehensive knowledge to the company’s operations.

Chris Trummel brings 40 years of expertise in film design, manufacturing, and sales of them the last 10 years with NOW Plastics.

His product knowledge includes BOPP, Blown and Cast PP and PE, PET, Foilm and other substrates.  With a global backgroud, Chris specializes in delivering tailored solutions for diverse applications.

Michael Navarro has 50 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, including 25 years with NOW Plastics.  He leads national accounts and business development, providing technical support for sales initiatives across films, foil and paper.

George Gibson has been with NOW Plastics for over seven years ans has more than 20 years of experience in purchasing and global sourcing of flexible packaging raw materials. He is also experienced in manufacturing and developing specialty grades of BOPET films.

David has extensive experience in plastic and chemical raw materials, with a particular expertise in ultra-high barrier films, including AIOx and SiOx. He specializes in retort and other applications requiring sterilization and high barrier performance.  At NOW Plastics David manages a diverse range of films, foil, and paper for both flexible packaging and industrial applications.

Ken Mitchell brings extensive experience in packaging, aluminium, and plastics. He specializes in customer-focused solutions that enhance efficiency, cost savings, and value. Ken’s expertise includes supply chain optimization, product innovation, and margin improvement. Based in the UK, Ken works closely with clients to address immediate needs and align with long-term goals, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

Dave has over 20 years experience in the flexible packaging industry.  Starting as a laminator and progressing to Procurement before the move to Sales in 2010. Dave started his career at Camvac in 2002 before moving to Schur Flexibles, the moving to NOW Plastics in 2019 where he’s been since for over six years.

Netta E’Dan-Harel joined NOW Plastics in 2018, bringing 20 years of marketing experience. She holds a BA in Policical Science and an MBA from Boston University.  Netta oversees marketing and sales activities in the European region, driving growth and customer engagement.
